By accessing or using CashCabinet, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Service

CashCabinet provides a platform to search for and assist in the recovery of unclaimed property held by government agencies. We act as a third-party locator service and are not a government agency.

3. Fees and Commissions

Our search service is free. If you choose to use our recovery service, you agree to pay a commission of 10-20% of the recovered amount, as specified in your Authorization Agreement. This fee is contingent upon successful recovery.

4. Limitation of Liability

We make no guarantees regarding the successful recovery of funds. Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid to us, if any.
